Hanging Around Books are thrilled to announce our second large format release.
Limited to 100 numbered copies, "Hungarian Snapper" is a photographic collection of the work of renowned music photographer Andre Csillag and his images taken between 1968 and 2013.
Unlike most of our other releases, this is an A4 format as we felt that this was the best way to present these absolutely iconic images. All copies will be numbered and signed by the photographer.
Featured artists include: Jimi Hendrix, David Bowie, Mick Jagger, Paul McCartney & Wings, Rod Stewart, The Jackson 5, Sex Pistols, Blondie, Eurythmics, Elton John, Sinead O'Connor, Adele, Amy Winehouse, Boy George, Philip Lynott, Duran Duran. Queen, Madness, Manic Street Preachers, Kylie Minogue, Ian Dury, The Runaways, Big Country and Johnny Thunders .
Andre has been a good friend and long-time associate of Hanging Around Books and we are proud to bring you this retrospective from our very own "Hungarian Snapper". "HUNGARIAN SNAPPER" is available for pre-order now and all copies reserved by pre-order will be dispatched by the end of June. You will receive an email when your package is on the way to you. If you would like to reserve a specific lucky or personally relevant number of the 100, please send an email to : hangingaroundbooks@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate you. PLEASE NOTE - numbers 1 to 5 are already reserved. Other numbers will be allocated as pre-orders come in on a first-come first-served basis.
